INSTRUCTOR PROGRAM
Once officers have completed all three instructor training courses (Basic, Intermediate, Advanced) they will considered a LEVEL I instructor and well on their way to becoming a use-of-force expert, able to effectively; Evaluate: Evaluate any D.T. program for viability. Analyze: Analyze their departmental needs for a Subject Control Program. Articulate: Articulate the liability involved in designing a subject control programs. Design: Design a curriculum that is customized to the needs of the officers and the department while meeting the departments Policies / Procedures and congruous with Supreme Court rulings. A.L.E.A.
